Karin Olmsted – Head Coach Swimming & Diving – 2021 - Present

• A Colorado native, former Willow Creek Wahoo & 1996 Cherry Creek High School Alumni! 
• Captain at Gettysburg College – 4 year swimmer
• 6 State Titles with Cherry Creek, 1 as assistant 5 as Head Coach
• 5-Time 5A CHSSA Coach of the Year 
• 2025, 2026 Centennial League Coach of the Year
• Kenyon College Assistant 2001-2003 
  • Four national championships with Kenyon
• University of Louisville - Assistant Coach at the from 2003-2012
• Karin has coached numerous NCAA D1 and D3 NCAA Champions
• Karin is a four-time USA National Team Staff member with 2011 and 2015 Pan American Games as well as 2015 World Championships, and 2025 OW World Cup
• Former USA Swimming Staff Member 2023-2025

Tiffany Steinmetz – Diving Coach

• A Colorado native who took an 18-year detour to Arizona before returning to her Colorado roots. She began her diving career under some of the most prestigious names in the sport of diving including WinYoung, Michele Mitchell, Janet Ely, and Cynthia Potter.
• Tiffany was a High School All-American, US Diving national qualifier, diver at the University of Arizona.
• Head coach for the Tucson Diving Club, the district coach for the Tucson Unified School District.
• Former co-owner and head coach with Mile High Diving before returning to teaching
• Former Kindergarten teacher at Cottonwood Elementary
• 2026 Diving Coach of the Year for Centennial League
